After clamoring for years, fans of the “Columbia” Air Jordan XI may finally have their proverbial, and literal in some cases, prayers answered.
According to reporting from zsneakergeadz, the “ Columbia” , or as they will likely be referred to as ”Legend Blue”, is in the works to make their long-awaited return, having made their last retail run in 2014.
At this point, there are no available images, however, what we should see is a sneaker that does its level best to faithfully recreate its 1995 progenitor. This means it should sport a white ballistic mesh upper overlaid with a higher-railed white patent leather rand. The disputed tint of blue should show up at the lateral ankle Jumpman and the “JUMPMAN JORDAN” sash that traverses the ankle. Black should appear at the inner as well as the top of the rear heel, where “23” is displayed.
Underneath would reside a white midsole and a blue-tinted translucent rubber outsole.
They are slated to return next December. More information will be disseminated on these as it avails itself.
